We will do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Important Shipping Note

Our products are handcrafted with natural butters and oils. Because of this, items like whipped body butters and scrubs may soften or melt in warm temperatures during shipping or after delivery.

We always ship your order in good condition, but Simply Ari, LLC is not responsible for products that melt in transit or after arrival. If melting occurs, don’t worry your product is still safe to use! Simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time to re-solidify. Thank you for understanding the nature of natural skincare.

No Medical Claims

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.
We make no medical claims, and our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Ingredient Transparency

All ingredients are listed on our product packaging or descriptions.
Some products may contain tree nut oils, essential oils, or botanicals that may cause sensitivities in certain individuals.
The products were made in facility where tree nut oil and nuts were present.

Patch Testing & Safety

We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
If any irritation or reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes.

Melting Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, some items (such as whipped butters and scrubs) may soften or melt in warm temperatures.
We ensure all products leave our facility in good condition, but Simply Ari, LLC is not responsible for melted products once shipped or stored after purchase.
If melting occurs, the product is still safe to use and can be placed in the refrigerator to re-solidify.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Please see our full Return policy for detailed instructions. However, Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene safety standards, we cannot accept returns once an item has shipped. However, your satisfaction is our priority; if there is an issue or mistake with your order, please contact us at contact@staging.simplyari.com and we will work with you to make it right.
