Return policy
A: We offer full refunds for any orders canceled before they ship. Once shipped, products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to contact@simplyari.com so we can assist you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A: To ensure your natural skincare stays fresh and at the perfect consistency, we typically ship orders within 3 to 7 businesses days. This prevents your products from sitting in a transit truck or a warm warehouse over the weekend, ensuring your “Simply Ari” ritual arrives exactly as intended.
Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we are unable to ship products internationally.
Help! My body butter/scrub melted in the heat. What do I do?
A: First things first: Don’t worry, your product is totally fine! Our body butters and scrubs are handcrafted with nourishing plant butters and oils and do not contain synthetic hardeners. As a result, they may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or storage.
How to fix it: Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
What to expect: Because our products are whipped to create that light, airy texture, melting causes those tiny air bubbles to escape. When it re-solidifies, the product will settle, which might make the jar look a little less full. Rest assured, you still have the exact same amount of product, it’s just in a denser, more concentrated form! While it won’t return to its original fluffy look, it is 100% safe to use and will give your skin the exact same amazing benefits. Think of it as proof that your skincare is the real deal, just pure nature, no fillers.
Do you have a physical storefront where I can shop in person?
A: We don’t have a permanent brick-and-mortar storefront of our own, but we love connecting with you in person! You can frequently find Simply Ari at local pop-up markets, community festivals, and seasonal events.
